CONSULTATION

Once you have made contact with us, we will arrange a convenient time to call and assess your project. We will discuss with you exactly what you want and how that can be achieved within your budget. We will discuss design options, room layout and set out the scope of work.

QUOTATION & PURCHASE OF FIxtures AND TILES

Following your in-home assessment, we will aim to get back to you with a quote within 48 hours. If you decide to go ahead, we will arrange an appropriate time to commence the renovation and give you an approximate timescale for completion.

We will also provide you with a list of recommended merchants, where you can purchase bathroom fixtures and tiles. These merchants have design consultants who can help you with selection, based on our recommendations. They also offer discounts to help you achieve your design within budget.

COMMENCEMENT OF RENOVATION

Prior to us commencing work, we ensure that your house is protected from any potential damage. This is done by placing protective plastic down on carpets and placing timber sheeting boards on hard surfaces.

Throughout the renovation process Elliot will be onsite to carry out the work, ensure the renovation is running on schedule and to co-ordinate our team of tradespeople to ensure a high-quality finish.

COMPLETION OF 
RENOVATION

Following completion of the renovation all rubbish will be removed and the bathroom will be cleaned.
Elliot will perform a full inspection to ensure that everything has been completed to the highest quality.
